A couple of things

First off, we're "bracing" for snow, something like 4" or 5" nothing too awful terrible by Wisconsin standards. The dogs will be happy, they're always pretty happy to be outside, but especially when there's been a change of weather....except for rain, rain is no fun.

Anyway, we're working on some super triple-threat freshness which can be seen on our Etsy page (link at right). Printed in our home studio by Megan...
That's right, airplanes. So rad little Norman fell asleep.

Finally, here's Lucy looking her best.

Productive Weekend

This weekend was great.....while I have beeen battling a nasty cold, the Corgimo crew and I were able to pound out some new collars. Spring is near and I can barely wait for all of the snow to melt!! Today the high is 55. The dogs came home from their walk wet, muddy and super happy!!!!!

Great Lakes Pet Expo recovery!

We have finally recovered from last weekends pet expo at the Milwaukee fairgrounds! It was a huge event, 9500 people were there!!
We met a plethora of wonderful people......thanks
Badgerland German Shepherd Rescue for all of the awesome cookies!!!!
This is our third huge event and people LOVED our collars. It was so fun to help people try to find the perfect design for their pooch. We really do love to make super unique items and share them with our customers.
Norman, our German Shepherd puppy did so well. It seems like all 9500 people wanted to pet him!!! He is pretty tired in the picture.
All in all it was a spectacular event and we can't wait to do it next year.

My first Blog Ever!

OMG, I have never blogged before. How fun. Here we go...

So, my husband and I own 5 dogs. I know many people think we are the "crazy" dog people. I can't imagine my life without them. It started innocently enough with one dog, Charlie a corgi/eskimo mix that we adopted from the Dane County Humane Society. We had lived in the city of Madison, it was hard to own pets on campus. After graduating, we moved to the country and we now have 4 acres of land...perfect for a dog.....or 5!
Then came Lucy....the aussie mix

Then came Cici & Rosie...the Poms

Now we have Norman, the 16 week old German Shepherd.

Our pack is full and wonderful. The joy my fur family gives me and my hubby Phil is awesome.

So, dressing all of these dogs became an issue right away. Boring collars were all around me. We bought cheapo collars and tore them apart....guess what? we figured it out for ourselves and started making our own collars.
Quickly it became more than just a pastime, and stores around Madison were interested in our stuff.

We now sell to many stores and have a good number of pooches dressed in Corgimo..lookin cool.
